It all depends on where you are in the world? Keyrings Galore is a UK based company so if you reside in the UK, you should receive your order within a few days from ordering. However, if you live in the USA for example, it could take up to 30 days to arrive, but your order will be sent fully tracked so you can follow it’s journey and stay up to date with it’s progress.

You can add a different shipping address during checkout, however, if you want to change the address after ordering, then you must contact us immediately after placing your order so we can amend your shipping address before shipping your item(s). If your item has been shipped before making contact with us, unfortunately there’s not much we can do at that point.

Every single order we send out is shipped with a tracking number and this is issued to you via an email update on your order. If for any reason you don’t see the email after a few days from placing your order, please check your spam folder for the email, or if it’s not in your spam folder, please contact us for an update.

Yes we always ship your items in the same package.

We do offer worldwide shipping but some countries may not be on our list of destinations. If you’re not sure, feel free to get in touch so we can assist further.
