SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once you’ve placed and order with us, normally it will be processed within 2 working/business days (excluding weekends and UK bank/public holidays).
UK Postage, in most cases your item(s) will be posted via Royal Mail tracked service. Sometimes we may use an alternative carrier for larger bulkier orders, but this will be at our own discretion
Once we’ve processed your order and handed it over to Royal Mail for delivery, it should arrive the with 2 -3 working days, but on occasions it can take a little longer such as at Christmas times and/or other busy periods.
PLEASE NOTE: As per Royal Mail terms for shipping times, please allow 15 working/business days from expected delivery date, before contacting us as we are unable to resolve any issues with Royal Mail until this time has elapsed.
International Shipping, we use a mixture of Royal Mail and other carriers for delivery outside of the UK using a Tracked & Signed service, so you can track your item to your door. Once your order has arrived in the destination country it is handed over to their delivery partner (i.e.: Local Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, etc…) for the remainder of its journey to you. International shipping times are from 3 – 15 days depending on country.
PLEASE NOTE, since Brexit there’s a high probability you will be charged import/tax duties on your parcel. Customs duties and charges are always payable by the customer. Keyrings Galore has no responsibility for these charges.
Free Shipping Requirements:
At the present time, we have the following pricing structure in place:
- United Kingdom – Spend just £50 GBP with us and you’ll receive FREE SHIPPING
- Everywhere Else – Spend just £100 GBP with us and you’ll receive FREE SHIPPING
We have a 30 day returns policy. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item is undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging. We do not refund return postage costs therefore, all return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. Note: For obvious reasons we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on personalised items.
